Overview of the Registration Process

Registration

Only qualified teams can register. Please wait until your league qualifies the teams and your team will be available in the registration system. There are username and password required, which we will send to the team leaders of the qualified teams.

Registration proceeds separately for each qualified team. When registering a team, the first registrant will automatically be implied as “a team leader". In addition to registering your team, all team leaders and team members need to register as Faculty/Staff or Student participants.

REMARK:

TEAM REGISTRATION FEE (Major/Junior) is required only one time when registering a team. Please recheck order summary before submitting the registration.

REGISTRATIONS ARE ONLY COMPLETE WHEN PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
Credit card payments are immediately validated. The other available method of payment takes time. No registration is considered complete until full payment is received.

All fees are in US Dollars (USD).

The participants from the countries requiring visas

The necessary documents including the Invitation letter for VISA application will be sent by post to the participants at our very earliest convenience after the registration is COMPLETE. PAMENT METHOD

Our registration web site offers the following payment options:

  1. Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). THIS IS THE PREFERRED METHOD.
  2. Wire Transfer (USD). (Available until 12 November 2017)

Registration will be considered complete only if the amount due is received IN ITS TOTALITY IN US DOLLARS in the bank account on or before the respective date (e.g., October 28th, for early registration). It is your responsibility to ensure that this will be the case. In order to help expedite the payment process, we ask that you please send your check number or wire transfer transaction information to [email protected].

VISAS, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Participants from some countries do require a visa for Thailand.

For those who need a visa, here is the policy:

The necessary documents including the Invitation letter for VISA application will be sent to a team member once the team registration and the team member registration have been completed, i.e., payment has been received. There will be no exceptions.

Full registration amount (except for a handling charge of USD 100 per person, and USD 100 for the team if the team is also cancelled) will be refunded only if:

  • Visa application was not successful
  • Registration was completed (i.e., payment received) by 31 October 2017
  • Cancellation is requested on or before 1 November 2017

Cancellation must be notified to the organizer in writing by e-mail at [email protected]

In case of cancellation due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors, no refund will be considered. All fees will not be refunded when withdrawal is due to the registrant being unable to make his / her own travel arrangement.
